Sorry its been forever since blogging. Life has been crazy busy. I wanted to give an update about my sister, Terri. She has been undergoing lots of tests and chemo last month. She is so very brave and strong, amazes me!
Well we got word last month that they found a match in the registry who matches my sister and who is willing to donate his bone marrow!
So my sister is in the process of getting all ready for her bone marrow transplant. She will be undergoing Chemo starting today for about a week and then they will move on to do the transplant.
I am sure some of you have heard of Robin Roberts from Good Morning America. She too is facing the hurdle of beating breast cancer then a few years later being diagnosed with MDS.
My sister is so incredibly strong. I know she will never give up, its not who she is...Sending all my love and prayers to my sissy, Terri!
